About me

I’m Heidi Malleske—a Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, mom of three, and the founder of Momentum.

With a degree in Exercise Science and over a decade in the fitness world, I’ve always loved helping women feel strong in their bodies. But it wasn’t until I became a mom myself that everything shifted. After navigating postpartum recovery, core dysfunction, and two heartbreaking miscarriages, I learned that real strength isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal.

Movement became my way back to myself. Not to bounce back, but to move forward. That’s what inspired me to create Momentum—a space where moms can rebuild their strength with guidance that fits their life, not the other way around.

My programs combine evidence-based training with real-world flexibility. Whether you’re newly postpartum or years into motherhood, you’ll find support, structure, and a plan that honors your season.
